FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CI'1TY OF LITTLE; ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00)
Dollars is hereby appropriated to pay Neill Bohlinger - for
services rendered in connection with refund of bond money
through court action.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the
sum of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars for said services.

SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
