AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9 (STREET DEPARTMENT)
OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006, AS AMENDED, CREATING THE POSI-
TION OF LIGHT EQUIPMENT OPERATOR AND 'TRUCK DRIVER,
AND INCREASING THE NUMBER OF LABORERS FROM 30 TO 33,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI iY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That the position of Light Equipment Operator
and Truck Driver is hereby created, and the number of Laborers
is increased from 30 to 33 in the Street Department of the
ins ��r#�ja#xe� City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That Section 9 (Street Department) of Ordinance
No. 9006, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
