AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF TIC; REGULAR
SALARY OF CHIEF GANN L. NALLEY OF THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE
DEPAR914ENT FROM JULY 10, 1955, THE DATE OF HIS ACCI-
DENTAL INJURY, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS HE IS ABLE TO RETURN

BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIM CI TZ COUNCIL O THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the payment of the regular salary of Chief
Gann L. Nalley of the Little Rock Fire Department is hereby pro-
vided from July 10, 1955, the date of his accidental injury,
until such time as he is able to return to work.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
