ORDINANCE NO. 9896
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 9815, DESCRIBING BLOCK 255, ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO PROVIDE FOR ACCEPTING AND
DEDICATING LAND AND PARCELS OF LAND TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS FOR PUBLIC USE, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI`1'Y OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That part of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9815,
describing Block 2552 Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Radius 12030? curve = 458.59

Degree of curve for
radius of 408.59 = 14.023 = 14001.28t = 140011 2311
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Block 255, Original
City of Little Rock; thence West along the South line of
Block 255 to the point which is 39.2 feet East of the
Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 255, the point of be-
ginning; thence Northwesterly along a 14 degree 01 minute
23 second degree curve to the right to the West line of
Block 255; thence South along the West line of Block 255,
a distance of 75.85 feet to the Southwest corner of Block
255; thence East along the South line of Block 255 to the
point of beginning, containing 4,472 square feet, more or
less."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
