ARKANSAS:
"l. That the words one (1) tractor not to exceed
,32,200.00 is hereby deleted from Section 1 of Ordinance 9863.
aECTZO'1 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed., and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
