ND . 7888 AS AMOMEO BY SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 8302 PRAVID-
ING THAT THE BUILDING INSPECTOR MAY AT HIS OWN DISCRETION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF LITTLB BOCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That Section 202 of Paragraph 9 of Ordinance
7888 as amended by Section 1 of I dieance No. 8302 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
1lhen the Building Impactor issues a permit he shall endorse
is writing or stamp on'a set of plans and specifications
stpproveds. Said not of apecifications and plans shall
be returned to the applicant and shall be inept on such
building or work at all time during which the work author-
iced thereby is in progress and shall be opened to iespeo-
tion by public officials. -Such approved plans and speci-
fications shall not be changed, modified, or altered without
permission from the Building Inspector; that where the
Building Inspector deems necessary, he may require a
duplicate set of plans and specifications be filed with
his office and shall ]Deep the specifications and plans as
a public record as long as he considers it necessaryr•
