ORDINANCE N0. 9 869
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE TRACTOR AND BULLDOZER, ONE 1/2 YARD DRAGLINE,
AND ONE 12 TON DUMP TRUCK FOR USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK
SANITATION DEPARTMENT AT A SUM NOT TO EXCEED :30,000.00,
TO BE PAID FOR FROM THE GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one tra"c or and bull-
dozer, 1/2 yard dragline, and one 12 ton dump truck for use of the Little Rock
Sanitation Department.
SECTION 2. That the purchase price of said tractor..and bulldozer,
1/2 yard dragline, and 12 ton dump truck shall not exceed the suzvof Thirty
Thousand 030,,000.00) Dollars, said purchase to be paid from the Garbage Plant
Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
`e effect from and after its passage and approval.
