AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9425,
TO PROVIDE FOR FEE OF CONSULTANT TO CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 9425, to
- _- provide'-for fee of consultant to City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. The Consultant's fee shall be.paid out of
the General Fund and the Highway Construction Fund, the total
sum shall not exceed the sum of $575.00, of which $75.00 per month
shall be for services to the Traffic Bureau and paid out of the
General Fund, and ;500.00 per month shall be for services,to
the Mayor and City Council and paid out of the Highway Construction
Fund. "
Section 2. That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this Ordinance shall
be in full forge and effect from and after its passage and
approval,*
