ORDINANCE NO. 9864
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN A PETITION, TO BE PREPARED
BY THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, WHICH PETITION IS
FOR THE ANNEXATION OF ALL GROUNDS CONTAINED IN
REBSAMEN PARK TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
' SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby in-
structed to sign a petition for the annexation of all grounds
contained in Rebsamen Park to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the City Attorney's office is hereby
instructed to prepare said petition for the presentation to
the County Judge.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordnance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
