AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AMID REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE CERTAIN
ITEMS FOR THE REBSAMEN PARK GOLF COURSE, AMID FOR OTHER PUR*.
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION L. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase the following items
for the Rebsamen Park Golf Course:-
1 - Greens Mower not to exceed $375.00.
1 - Tractor not to exceed $2,200.00
1 - 5 -unit Gang Mower not to exceed $1,600.00
SECTION 2. The funds for payment of these items shall be taken
from the Golf Course Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
