ORDINANCE NO. 9861
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,250.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUC-
TION FUND; $8,706.34 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND;
AND $1,672.49 FROM THE GOLF CLUB CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $70250.00
from the Highway Construction Fund, $8,706.34 from the Fire Department
Construction Fund, and $1,672.49 from the Golf Club Construction Fund,
for the payment of the following, to -wit:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts
mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
