AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR VARIOUS
DEPARTMENTS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKdKSR$:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
the following items for use by the various departments for a period
of three months beginning July 21, 1955:
Meat for animals at the Zoo not to exceed $ 19800.00
Feed for animals at the Soo not to exceed 750.00
Gasoline, oils, lubricants, tires, tubes and the
repairing and retreading of tires for various
departments.
