AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AMID REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 475 GALLONS OF STREET - MARKING PAINT FOR USE OF
THE TRAFFIC DIVISION OF TEE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPART -
MENT AT A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $1,900.00, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 475 gallons of Street - Marking Paint for use of the
Traffic Division of the Little Rock Police Department.
SECTION 2. That the purchase price of said paint shall
not exceed the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred ($1,900.00)
Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
In conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full'force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
