AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBISC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE FAW BUSINESS COUPE AUTOMOBILE FOR USE OF
THE LITTLE ROCK HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT A SUM NOT TO
EXCEED $650.00, PLUS TRADE -IN OF A FORD BUSINESS
COUPE AUTOMOBILE, MOTOR NO. A5MG1O3846, OWNED BY THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARUNSAS :
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorised and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase One I" Business Coupe Automobile for use of the Little
Rock Health Department, Milk and Dairy Division.
SECTION 2. That the purchase price of said Automobile
shall not exceed the sum of Six Hundred Fifty ($650.00) Dollars,
plus the trade -in of a Ford Business Coupe Automobile, Motor
No. A5MG103846, owned by the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
