AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3939 TO PERMIT THE PAVEMENT OF
A PORTION OF "B" STREET DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER AT A WIDTH OF THIRTY -
ONE FEET � AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WI�REAS, the width for paving a portion of "B" Street described
hereinafter is fixed by Ordinance No. 3939 of the City of Little Rock,
at a width narrower than thirty -one (31) feet; and
WHEREAS, the owners of property abutting upon said portions of
said street desire to pave the same to a width of thirty -one (31) feet;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA!xSAS:
SECTION 1. That the width of the pavement of "B" Street
from the east side of Hayes Street to the west side of North Pierce
Street is hereby fixed at thirty -one (31) feet from back of curb
to back of curb.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 3939 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to conform to the pro-
visions of Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
