AND AMENDING SECTION 12 (NAYOHIS OFFICE), TO ABOLISH THE
POSITION OF CLMM -S3 NOt .AND AMENDING SECTION-15
(PURCHASING DEPARTMENT) OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006 AS ANENDED;
MATING.A NEW POSITION OF SECRETARY, ESTABLISHING THE
SALARY THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
r BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK, ARKANSAS:
i, That Ordinance Rio. 10,022 be entirely repealed and the position
of Clerk— Stenographer in the Mayor's office hereby be abolished, and the additional
position of Secretary in the Purchasing Department hereby be created.
SECTION 2. That Section 12 of Ordinance No. 9006 is hereby amended to read as
follows:

That the Title, Classification and Salary of the Purchasing Agent and one Secretary
be made retroactive to January 23, 1956 at 8:00 A. N.
SECTION A. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances (except Ordinance No. 9011)
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in fall force and
effect immediately-upon its passage and approfal.
