AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 10,023 IN ITS ENTIRETY AND
AMENDING SECTION 16 (RECREATION DEPARTMENT) OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006
BY ESTABLISHING A REBSAMEN PARK GOLF COURSE DIVISION OF THE PARIS
AM RECREATION DEPARTMENT, CRELTING THE POSITION OF 2 CLERIWASHIERS,
3 WJWMKEEPM AND 1 TRACTOR DRIVER; ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES'
THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, aRKLNS S;
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 102023 be entirely repealed, and
Section 16 (Recreation Department) of Ordinance No. 9006 be amended, to
establish a Rebsamen Park Golf Course.Division of the Parks and Recreation
Department and there are hereby created the positions of 2 Clerk— Cashiers,
3 Greenkeepers and 1 Tractor Driver, who shall be paid in accordance with
the salaries of War Memorial Park Golf Course and as per Ordinances No. 9006
and No. 9009 as indicated by asterisks before the job title and classification.
SECTION 2. Section 16 of Ordinance No. 9006 is hereby amended by
adding the following:

That the title, classification and salary of above employees be made retroactive
to January 28, 1956 at 8 :00 a.m.
SECTION 3. Said employees are to be selected by the Civil Service Com-
mission in the wanner as provided by law.
SECTION 4• Employees at both Golf Courses can be directed to work at
either Golf Course at the discretion of the Parks and Recreation Sup rintendent.
SECTION 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage-and approval.
