AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $9,000.00
FOR THE MTICIPATION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
IN'THE OPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Nine Thousand ($9.,00Q.9Q.)
Dollars is hereby appropriated for the participation of the
City of Little Rock in the Metropolitan Area Planning
Commission,.
SECTION 2.. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and.directed to issue the City's warrants in a
sum not to exceed Nine Thousand ($9,000.00) Dollars for said
participation.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
