AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $225.00 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND TO PAY INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
MACHINE CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF LISTING AND
COMPUTING THE 1955 PRIVILEGE TAX RECEIPTS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred Twenty -Five
($225.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated to pay International
Business Machine Corporation for the purpose of listing and
computing the 1955 Privilege Tax receipts.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby au-
thorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of Two Hundred Twenty -Five ($225.00) Dollars for said expendi-
ture, which money shall be paid from the General Fund of the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
