REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS
FOR AND ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISHING AND INSTALLING
OF 40500 FEET OF UNDERGROUND CABLE N09 12 600 VOLTS , SOLID
O KOLITE OKOPREU OR 11QML FOR UNDERGROUND FIRE ALARM CIRC6IT
AT A C@T NOT TO AXCEED $19000.00 FOR MATERIAL AND LABOR, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”
BENT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.-
SECTION 1, Section No. 2 of Ordinance No. 9995, passed
December 19, 1955, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That said cost of material and labor shall not
exceed the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred Forty One Dollars
($1,441.00)9 said sum to be paid from the Fire Department
Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval,
