AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE VARIOUS SUPPLIES FOR THE MILK LABORATORY OF THE
LITTLE ROCK HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
$600.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
for the Milk Laboratory of the Little Rock Health Department the
following supplies:
3 cases Milk Dilution Pipettes
2/3 dozen Stainless Steel Sterilizing Pipette Boxes
1 gross Scharer Phosphatase Test Tubes
5 cases Petri Dishes
1 case Measuring Pipettes,10 Ml. Capacity
SECTION 2. That the cost of said supplies shall not exceed
the sum of Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
