AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING THE FIRM OF ROSE, MEEK, HOUSE,
BARRON AND HASH, AS SPECIAL COUNSEL TO ASSIST THE CITY
ATTORNEY IN AN ACTION PENDING IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT
COURT BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS VS. HOTEL
MARION GARAGE COMPANY, TO.CONDEMN A PORTION OF LOTS 4s
5 AND 6, BLOCK 79, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CLEARING THE RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR THE RIVER -
FRONT DRIVE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the law firm of Rose, Meek, House, Barron
and Nash is hereby appointed as special_ counsel to assist the
City Attorney in an action pending in tho.Pulaski Circuit Court
by the CitX-_Qf Little Rock, Arkansas against the Hotel Marion
Garage Company-to condemn a porta6n of `t6ts 4, 5 and 6, Block
79, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the purpose of
clearing the right- of -Vay for the _Riverfront Drive.
SECTION.2. That all ordinarices'and parts of ordinances
in confliet herewith are hereby repsal4d, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
