AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAST SENTENCE CF
SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NMCM 9125 PERTAINING
TO MEAT INSPECTION FEES TO BE PAID CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK. ,
BE IT GRAINED BY THE CITY COUNCU OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The last sentence of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 9125
is hereby amended to read as fellows:
aw®vided farther that =W person, firm or corporation that pairs
an inspection fee in excess of $2-50.00 per annums to the city of Little
Rocks Arkansas] as provided for under Section 1 of this ordinances shall
be emempt from payment of the fee as provided for in Section 3 of this
ordinance **
SECTION Z* All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed# and unless the provisions of this=

ordinance are put into effect immediatelys the public ewe healthy
and safety of the citizens of Little Rocks Arkansas will be adversely
affected. Therefore an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance shall be in full: force and effect from and after its
passage and approval*
