AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED
AND SIXTY DOLLARS ($360.00), PAYABLE TO J. C. HARDER
COMPANY TO COVER BOND PREMIUM FOR THE.CITY TREASURER
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Hundred and Sixty Dol-
lars ($360.00) is hereby appropriated, payable to J. C. Harder
Company, to cover bond premium for the City Treasurer of the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorised to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Three
Hundred and Sixty Dollars ($3 60.00) to J. C. Harder Company
for said bond premium.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in eonfliet herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
