AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND ENTER
INTO AN ANNUAL CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT -TO PURCHASE PARTS
AND ACCESSORIES FOR THE REPAIR SHOP OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK TO BE USED IN ALL CITY.EQUIPMENT, EITHER
ON A SET DISCOUNT OR COST -PLUS BASIS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and enter
into an annual consignment agreement to purchase parts and ac-
cessories for the Repair Shop of the City of Little Rock to be
used in all City equipment, either on a set discount or cost-
plus basis.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
