ORDINANCE NO. 10.070
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF'
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE PARTS FOR THE ASPHALT PLANT FOR USE OF THE
STREET DEPART14ENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED 0550.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That 'the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase parts for the Asphalt Plant for use of the Street Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said parts shall not exceed
the sum of Five Hundred Fifty ($550.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
