AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 350 GALLONS OF YELLOW ZONE PAINT AND 400 GAL-
LONS OF WHITE ZONE PAINT FOR USE OF THE TRAFFIC
BUREAU OF THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $3,275.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 350 gallons of yellow zone paint and 400 gallons of white
zone paint for use of the Traffic Bureau of the Little Rock
Police Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said zone paint shall not ex-
ceed the sun of Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy -Five ($33,275.00)
Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
