AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 350 8 -FOOT CHANNEL IRON POSTS AND 200 10 -FOOT
CHANNEL IRON POSTS FOR USE OF THE TRAFFIC BUREAU OF
THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO
EXCEED $1,502.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That -the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested•`:to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 350 8 -foot Channel -Iron Posts and 200 10 -foot Channel
Iron Posts for use of the Traffic Bureau of the Little Rock
Police Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Channel Iron Posts
shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Two
($1,502.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
