AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING. D REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAK$ BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE AUTOMO-
BILE FOR USE OF THE MILK,. AND DAIRY DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK AT A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $1,200.00, PLUS TRADE -IN
EQUIPMENT, AND FOR OTHER -PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one automobile for use of the Milk and Dairy Department of the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the purchase price of said automobile
shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred ($1,200.00)
Dollars, plus trade -in of a 1953 Chevrolet Business Coupe,
Motor No. LAA621744, owned by the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
