ORDINANCE NO. 10,077
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE A 12 -CUBIC FOOT REFRIGERATOR FOR THE MILK
LABORATORY OF THE LITTLE ROCK HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED.$500.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase a 12 -cubic foot Refrigerator for the Milk Laboratory of
the Little Rock Health Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said refrigerator shall not
exceed the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
