AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF THE 4j, SWJ,..SW4, SWJ, SECTION
TWENTY -FIVE (25), TOWNSHIP TWO (2) NORTH, RANGE THIRTEEN (13) WEST,
PULASKI COUNTY ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of the Wi, S9 J S*y SO, Section Twenty-
five (25), Township Two (2) North, Range Thirteen (13) West, Pulaski
County Arkansas, more particularly described as beginning 184.21
J
South of the Northwest corner of the said wj of the SWJ, SWJ. thence
East 184.51 thence South 243.71 thence in a Northwesterly direction
along the R/W of Highway #10 219.51 thence North along the R/W of
Keathley Drive 124.31 to the point of beginning, being 7524 Cantrell
Road, heretofore classified and zoned as "A" One - Family District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District
tinder the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said part of the 4.1 Swig Swi,
S .. Section Twenty -five (25), Township Two (2) North, Range Thirteen
(13) West, Pulaski County Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
