AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING A PENALTY OF $1.00 FOR OVERTIME
PARKING IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK IN THE AREA WHERE
PARKING METERS ARE INSTALLED AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIN® BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK$
ARK►NSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby provided a penalty of
One ($1.00) Dollar for violation of overtime parking in the
City of Little Rock in parking meter areas.
SECTION 2. That a combination ticket and envelope shall
be provided in the issuance of a violation for the convenience
of the motorists who shall place same in the penalty boles attached
to the parking meters for the payment of such violations.
SECTION 3. That the penalty charge for overtime parking of
One ($1.00) Dollar shall be paid by placing said sum in the penalty
envelope and depositing same in the penalty boa or by paying at the
Little Rock Police Department by 6:00 P. Y. on the date of the
violation; or by mailings bearing a postmark the same date as the
violation. If not paid the same day as the violation., the penalty
shall be Two ($2.00) Dollars,
SECTION 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed., and this ordinance shall be
in full, force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
