AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14 (POLICE DEPARTMENT)
OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006, AS AMENDED; CREATING THE POSI-
TION OF 4 METER ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS; PROVIDING THAT
SUCH OFFICERS SHALL BE WOMEN; FIXING THE CLASSIFICATION
AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, -
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 14 (Police Department) of Ordi-
nance No. 9006, as amended, is hereby amended in part to create
the following position:

SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
