ORDINANCE NO. 10,098
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE THIRTEEN
HUNDRED FEET (1300 FT.) OF 4-0 THREE CONDUCTOR 5,000 VOLT_
CABLE FOR USE BY THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE RACK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorised and
directed to advertise, take bids fora and purchase thirteen hundred feet
(1300 ft.) of 4-0 three conductor 5,000 volt cable for use by the Park.
and Recreation Department in the City of Little Rock. Said cable to be
installed in liar Memorial Park for improving the main electric service.
SECTION 29 The cost of such cable shall not exceed the sum of
Five Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($59875.00). Said sum
to be paid from the Park Development Fund,
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
