AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE THREE
DESKS AND THREE CHAIRS FOR THE SANITATION
DEPA MME T., APPROPRIATING A SUM NOT TO EX-
CEED $500.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE BOCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to purchase three desks and three chairs for use
in the Sanitation Department. A sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars is
hereby appropriated out of the General Fund.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed., and this ordinance shall be in fall
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
