AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE METAL DOOR, WIRE GLASS; ONE METAL FRAME;
HARDWARE FOR DOOR; BRICK AND GLASS BLOCKS, SAID MATE-
RIAL TO BE USED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A FIREPROOF WALL
IN THE FIRE ALARM OFFICE OF THE LITTLE ROCK CENTRAL
FIRE STATION AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $375.00"0

CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU#CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board.of Public,Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to purchase one metal door, wire glass;
one metal frame; hardware for door; brick and glass blocks,
said material to be used for construction of a fireproof wall
in the Fire Alarm Office of the Little Rock Central Fire Station.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said material shall not exceed
the sum of Three Hundred Seventy -Five ($375.00) Dollars, to be
paid out of the Fire Department Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
