10107, ORDINANCE NO. 10,107 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 10,0282 PASSED JANUARY 23, 1956, INCREASING THE COST OF PAINTS AND LACQUERS FOR REPAINTING THE CITY HALL BUILDING FROM $725.00 TO $1,125.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 10,028, passed January 23, 1956, pertaining to purchasing paints and lacquers for repainting the City Hall Building, is hereby amended to read as follows: ' °SECTION 2. That the cost of said paints and lacquers shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand One Hundred Twenty- Five ($1,125.00) Dollars, said sum to be paid from the General Fund." SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
