AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $13,000.00 TO
DEPOSIT 'IN THE REGISTRY OF THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT
.IN THE CONDEMNATION.ACTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
VS JOHN J. KEITH; R. L. BRADLEY, TRUSTEE; AND UNION
NATIONAL BANK TO CONDEMN LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF A
GARBAGE TRENCH AND FILL, SAID SUM TO BE PAID FROM THE
GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to deposit into the registry
of the Pulaski Circuit Court in the condemnation action of the
City of Little Rock vs John J. Keith; R. L. Bradley, Trustee;
and Union National Bank to condemn a tract of five acres out
of the SEk SWk of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 12 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, said property being necessary for
a garbage trench and fill.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of One
Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars into the Pulaski Circuit Court,
said money to be paid from the Garbage Plant Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
