AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $285.00
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING JOHN P. POWERS FOR
A SURVEY MADE ON THE N2 SE! 4 SG 4, the S2 SE4
SW4 of Section 15, and the Ni NE4 NW-14 of SECTION
223 ALL IN T -1 -N, R -12-W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARK-
ANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Two Hundred Righty Five ($285.00) Dollars to pay John P. Powers for surveying

of lands to be used as sanitary land fill$ described as follows:

Section 15, and the N- NE4 NW4 of
Section 22, all in T -lN, R -12-W,
Pulaski. County, Arkansas, con-
taining 60 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby instructed
to issue City's warrant in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty Five ($285.00)
Dollars, which is payment in full to John P. Powers for survey of above
described lands. Money to be paid from the Garbage Plant Construction Fund,
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
