AN ORDINANCE APPROPBTATING THE SUM OF $119000.00
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING FROM MAUD RIDDICK
EIFFEL, FRANCES RHOTON ASKEW, AND FRANCES RHOTON
ASKEW TRUSTEE, FOR RIFFEL G. RHOTONILANDS IN THE
Nl SE S4 -, the S� SE, SY� OF SECTION 15, AND THE
N2 NE-4- NW4 OF SECTION 22, ALL IN T -1 -N, R-12-W.,
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, TO BE USED AS SANITARY
LAND FILL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Eleven Thousand ($11,000.00) Dollars for the purpose of purchasing from
Maud Riddick Riffel, Frances Rhoton Askew, and Frances Rhoton Askew, Trustee,
for Riffel G. Rhoton the following real property to be used for sanitary
land fill. Properties described as follows:
N- SEA S6x, the S2 SE12 S � of
Section 15, and the N2 NEQ Nh4
of Section 22, all in T -1 -N,
R -12W, Pulaski County# Arkansas,-06"
containing 55 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby instructed
to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Eleven Thousand(411,000.00) Dollars
to Maud Riddick Riffel, Frances Rhoton Askew, and. Frances Rhoton Askew,
Trustee, for Riffel G. Rhoton for the purchase of said property. Money to be
paid from the Garbage Plant Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flirt herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
