AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $63.00 TO PAY
GRADY GARMS, CONTRACTOR, FOR INSTALLING CURBS AND
GUTTERS ON 42 FEET OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY, AT THE
RATE OF $1.50 PER FOOT, IN THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT ON SOUTH FILMORE STREET BETWEEN 23RD AND
24TH STREETS; SAID SUM TO BE PAID FROM THE STREET
FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Sixty -Three ($63.00) Dollars to pay Grady Garms, Contractor,
for installing curbs and gutters on 42 feet of City -owned
property, at the rate of $1.50 per foot, in the Street Improve-
ment District -on South Filmore Street between 23rd and 24th
Streets.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of $63.00 for said curbs and gutters, said sum to be paid from
the Street Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
