AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $11,774.58 FROM THE HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND. $14,797.00 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of 11,774.58
from the Highway Construction Fund, and $14,797.00 from the Fire Depart-
ment Construction Fund, for payment of the following to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Big Rock Stone & Material Company $11,057.28
Burks Wrecking Company 165.00
Mark G. Garver 500.00
Roger McNair, Circuit Clerk, Pul. County 52.30
$11,774.58
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Fagan Electric Company 1,441.00
The Gamewell Company 139356.00
$14x797.00
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the
amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
