AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE (1) PARKING
COUPE AUTOMOBILE FOR THE USE OF TFE*T ER DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
FIVE HUNDRED DOLIARS ($500.00).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase

one (1) coupe automobile for the use of the /Meter Department of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at a cost not to exceed five
hundred dollars ($500.00)•
SECTION Z:. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
