ORDINANCE NO. 10,121
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE 6 -VOLT SIREN FOR USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK
FIRE DEPARTMENT AT A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $150.00, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one n -volt Siren for use of the Little Rock Fire Department.
SECTION 2. That the purchase price of said Siren shall
not exceed the su;a of One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
