AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE REPAIR
PARTS FOR AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK
FIRE DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $1,000.00, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for,
and purchase repair parts for automotive equipment for use
of the Little Rock Fire Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said repair parts
shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00).
. SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of
Qrdinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
