STREET DEPARTMENT,Cf THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A
SUM NOT TO EXCEED $10:,000.003, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
I ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one mechanical street sweeper for use of the Street Department
of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the purchase price of said street sweeper
shall not exceed the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
