ORDINANCE NO. 10,130
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TEN (10), BLOCK THREE (3), KD1BALL'S
SOUTH PARR ADDITION TO THE CITY.OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Ten (10), Block Three (3), Kimball's South
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2700 Arch
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in the "C" Two -
Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Ten (10), Block Three
(3), Kimball's South Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "C* Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
