ORDINANCE NO. 10,131
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 86.3' OF LOTS FIVE (5) AND
SIX (6), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED FORTY -NINE (149), ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West 86.31 of Lots Five (5) and Six (6),
Block One hundred and forty -nine (149), Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 400 -406 East Capitol Avenue, heretofore classified
and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "H" Business District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said West 86.31 of Lots Five
(5) and Six (6), Block One hundred forty -nine (149), Original City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "H"
Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
