AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 109080 TO CORRECT THE
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION THEREIN, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 10,080 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
SECTION 1. That part of the Wj, SWt, SWJ, S64, Section
Twenty -five (25) Township Two (2) North, Range Thirteen
(13) West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as beginning 18/;.2' South of the Northwest
corner of the said Wj of the SWt, SWt, SWt, thence East
184.51 thence South 243.7' thence in a Northwesterly
direction along the R/W of Highway #10 219.51 thence North
along the R/W of Raightley Drive 124.31 to the point of
beginning, being 7524 Cantrell Road, heretofore classified
and zoned as "A" One Family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Com-
mercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
