10133ORDINANCE No. 10.133_ AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A STRIP OF LAND 25 FEET WIDE AND 199 FEET LONG ON "Le STREET BETWEEN FILLMORE AND TAYLOR STREETS AS PART OF A PUBLIC STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section -,.1. That, in order to complete the dedication and future opening of eL" Street between Fillmore and Taylor Streets in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the Easement of Metropolitan Trust Company to the Public, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and to any public utility, dated April 17, 1956, is hereby accepted as a part of a public street, dedicating for street and utility purposes a strip of land 25 feet in width and 199 feet in length, more particu- larly described in said Easement as recorded in Deed Record 599 at page 643 in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as follows: A parcel of land 25 feet wide and 199 feet long, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the North and South centerline of the NW4 of Section 31 with the East and West centerline of Section 310 T -2 -N, R -12-Wq Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said point of beginning being on the North line of Hollenbergts Addition to Little Rock; thence West along the East and -West center- line of said Section 31 for 100 feet to the Northwest corner of said Hollenbergts Addition; thence North for 25 feet; thence East parallel to the East and West centerline of said Section 31, for 100 feet to the North and South centerline of the NW4 of said Section 31; thence, continuing East along a line parallel to the said East and West centerline of said Section 31, for 99 feet to a point 25 feet West of the Southwest corner of Lot 195, Prospect Terrace No. 3 Addition to Little Rock; thence South 25 feet to a point on the East and West centerline of said Section 31, said point also being on the North line of said Hollenberg's Addition; thence West 99 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2.
